Metabolic Nutrition

Adrenal Support

Vitamin C, bioflavanoids, and calcium pantothenate all support healthy adrenal function.

Neurological Support

Methylcobalamin is the active form of Vitamin B12. In a study comparing the effects of methylcobalamin versus cyanocobalamin on circadian rhythms, well-being, alertness, and concentration in healthy subjects, methylcobalamin supplementation resulted in a significant improvement in sleep quality, feelings of alertness, and concentration over cyanocobalamin. Cyanide (found in cyanocobalmin, the most commonly consumed form of B12) is a poison and impairs the conversion of T4 to T3.

Healthy Blood Sugar Levels

Chromium and magnesium help to promote normal blood sugar levels.

Detoxification

Selenium is an important mineral and supports cellular detoxification via glutathione synthesis.

Vitamin D3

Therapeutic levels of Vitamin D3 have many beneficial effects, including the support of healthy bone density and immune function, reduced insulin resistance, and reduced formation of abnormal cells. Vitamin D3 also is helpful in the control of migraine headaches and seasonal affective disorder.

Digestion

Bromelain enhances digestion and bioavailability.
